Cancellation & Return Policy

This Cancellation & Return Policy is effective from September 1, 2019. We do not issue refunds on workshop registrations. If you register for a workshop and later become unable to attend, we will gladly offer you a credit to use towards any future event if you notify us at least 48 hours before the purchased workshop start time.

To cancel and request a credit, email us at getready@start-usa.com.

In the event a workshop is cancelled or rescheduled by StartUSA due to unforeseen circumstances, you will have the option of receiving a full refund or a discounted credit to take the workshop at a later date.

About Our Policy
Our workshops require a great deal of pre-planning which includes commitments on travel, location, local staff, and resource logistics which are all based on the number of students who register.

When students ask to cancel or reschedule at the last minute, our program becomes unmanageable.

Hence, please remember that we are unable to offer credits of any kind, or honor reschedule requests, with less than 48 hours advance notice.

Thank you for understanding!
